Mr. Wilkinson is one of the very few attorneys in the Northwest Arkansas area whose practice is solely dedicated to criminal law. Mr. Wilkinson is the former Chief Deputy Prosecutor of Benton County, Arkansas, where he served as second in command at the prosecutor’s office of 17 attorneys for a number of years. Mr. Armstrong’s practice includes civil litigation, family law, divorce, child custody, and criminal law. Mr. Armstrong has handled many divorce and custody cases involving contentious custody and financial battles with great success. He has a reputation for courtroom success and currently serves the University of Arkansas School of Law as an Adjunct Professor, coaching the National Trial Competition Teams each year. Mr. Armstrong began his career in civil practice in Fayetteville, AR and Rogers, AR before joining the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. While there, he served as the Child Sexual Abuse Prosecutor, and his practice focused solely on the prosecution of sex crimes against children. He handled several jury trials and oversaw dozens of felony sex abuse convictions. Additionally, he has a vast amount of experience in the corporate world, including spending seven years in management with FedEx in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Florida, and two years in management working for the Wal-Mart Home Office.
Ms. Bush is one of the very few lawyers in the Northwest Arkansas area that handles immigration cases, and her background is extensive. Ms. Bush worked and wrote opinions for Judge Pazar who is a Federal Judge in Memphis, TN that hears immigration cases from a multi-state region including Arkansas. Ms. Bush is also multi-lingual and has worked with clients from numerous countries from all over the world. She is known for her diligence, perseverance, and passion for her clients and their families. She has a reputation for her knowledge of the complexities of the immigration laws, and knowing how the process applies best for each family. Ms. Bush also handles family law cases including divorce, custody, and child support cases. She brings the same level of commitment, integrity, and drive to these cases.
